IN conjunction with Better lIving Health Center& Deli, The ASI Bahamas Chapter  will be hosting The Parking Lot Health Extravaganza for Better Living.   It will be held in the parking lot of the Better Living Health Center with the purpose of educating and empowering the community toward a healthy lifestyle.  There will be providing blood screening, test tasting non-cholesterol dishes, food demonstrations on how to incorporate more plant foods into low budget healthy meals for the family.  There will be free giveaways prizes and surprises for the whole family.  The program will be held on Sunday December 9^thfrom 12-4 pm in the parking lot of Better Living Health Center on the corner of Balfour and Palm Beach Streets. Come enjoy and bring the whole family.
