On Sabbath April 6, 2019, the ASI flame was lit in the Abaco territory of the North Bahamas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. President and Mrs. Michelle Greene ignited this field with the New ASI Concept.

Two services were held at the Marsh Harbour Church. Elder Greene enthusiastically delivered a powerful message that morning and that afternoon he expanded more on the New ASI Concept which was whole heartedly received. Their interest and excitement about ASI drove the afternoon meeting way beyond sunset!

They then demonstrated their commitment by eagerly filling out ASI application forms. They also selected their leadership team who consist of Vice President Gentry Morris, Vice President Tasha Lightbourn and Trustee Eric Auguste. These persons will join the Grand Bahama team to complete the North Bahamas Chapter’s Executive Board.

Elder Isaac Collie, the first ASI President of the South Bahamas Conference also attended the event and has agreed to assist with the new vision of ASI in the Atlantic Caribbean Union.

We give God the Glory as the ASI flames for sharing Christ in the market place continues to burn bright as it spreads!
